Check out the completed study to address water quality impairments in the Moultonborough Bay Inlet area of Lake Winnipesaukee.   The Watershed Restoration Plan provides a roadmap for preserving the water quality of MBI, which historically has exhibited high concentrations of in-lake phosphorus, and excessive milfoil growth.
